GENERAL SHIPPING & DELIVERY TERMS

 

When will I receive my order?

After your order is verified and payment has been cleared (immediate for IPAY88 option or bank deposit option via RHB transfer), we will ship out your order within the following time frame:

Note: Your tracking number will be available on the courier tracking site in the next 24 hours with the details of the courier partner in the same notification e-mail.

However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. PETSHOP.COM.MY shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to collect your delivery, our delivery company may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the delivery company.

 

What are the shipping/delivery rates?

- Cat Litters, Cages, Scratching Post & certain oversized item might be incurred additional subcharge based on weight

 

 Our operation cut off time is 3pm on weekdays (Monday to Friday). Any order made after 3pm will be bring forward to the next working days. 

** Our delivery times is counted based on Working Days.

 

Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?

Our courier partners are unable to deliver during weekends or public holidays. 

 

Can I cancel my order after order has been shipped?

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate to your request for cancellation once the item has been shipped.
